Anoop

Rosters & Teams Lead

Anoop leads our Rosters and Teams Department, bringing a technical background — a Computer Science diploma and a Master's in Information Technology — along with experience as a cybersecurity analyst and more than three years as an Apple technical specialist, working in customer relations and solutions. She works collaboratively by instinct, drawing on the expertise of colleagues across the organisation to get the best outcome for each client. Anoop's approach is that every client should have a small, familiar team they have approved themselves: she works with each client to identify suitable support workers, talks through a potential team member's suitability, arranges shadow and training shifts, then decides together with the client whether that worker joins their team. Ongoing rostered shifts only ever draw on that approved team, so the person arriving is always someone the client has chosen, knows and trusts. It is how Anoop makes sure the right team shows up for every shift.
