At Care Alliance, our on-call team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support participants, families, and staff when required. This service supports the safe and consistent delivery of disability supports, including Supported Independent Living, in-home supports, and other services provided in accordance with participants’ individual support needs.

Our 24/7 on-call availability helps ensure continuity of care, timely responses to urgent matters, and responsive support outside standard business hours. We are committed to providing reliable, person-centred services that are responsive to the needs of participants and their support networks.
