Our psychologists are fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and deliver personalised, evidence-based interventions to support each client’s individual needs. A key focus of our psychological support is capacity building, aimed at enhancing emotional resilience, communication skills, self-awareness, and functional independence.
We support clients experiencing a range of challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Complex PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, sleep issues, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and difficulties with relationships and communication. Our team primarily works within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also drawing on Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Schema Therapy, and Neuropsychotherapy.
Psychology services can be provided either in-home or at our welcoming Charlestown clinic, ensuring flexibility and comfort for every participant. Our goal is to empower clients with practical tools and insights to support their wellbeing, foster independence, and promote long-term positive outcomes.
