In-Home Support

At Care Alliance, we provide up to 24-hour in-home support tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals, and support requirements. Our approach is grounded in consistency, familiarity, and person-centred practice, with a focus on promoting dignity, autonomy, safety, and quality of life. Our skilled support workers work alongside participants to support daily routines, personal preferences, and the development of skills for greater independence.

In-home support may include assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, household tasks, overnight support, and supervision, in accordance with each participant’s individual support needs and NDIS goals.

For participants requiring more complex care, Care Alliance is an NDIS-registered provider approved to deliver High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, with support delivered under the guidance and oversight of Registered Nurses to ensure services are safe, clinically informed, and responsive to individual needs.

As a registered Module 2a provider, Care Alliance is also authorised to implement regulated restrictive practices where required and in accordance with approved Behaviour Support Plans, relevant legislation, and NDIS Commission requirements. Our dedicated 24/7 on-call team is available to support both participants and staff, helping to ensure continuity of care, responsive service delivery, and safe implementation of supports.
