In-Home Support

At Care Alliance, we provide up to 24-hour in-home support tailored to each participant’s individual needs, with a focus on consistency, familiarity, and person-centred care. Our team of skilled support workers builds trusted relationships with participants, supporting daily routines, preferences, and personal goals. In-home support includes assistance with personal care and hygiene, household tasks, overnight monitoring, and supervision to build independent living skills. 

For those requiring complex care, we are NDIS-registered to deliver High Intensity Supports, working alongside our Registered Nurses to ensure safe and clinically informed service. 

As a registered Module 2a provider, our team is authorised to implement regulated restrictive practices where required and outlined in approved Behaviour Support Plans. To ensure continuous support, our dedicated 24/7 on-call team is always available to assist both clients and staff.
