At Care Alliance, we support participants to access and engage in social, community, and recreational activities that promote independence, inclusion, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging, in line with their individual NDIS goals.
Our support workers assist participants to engage in a wide range of community-based activities tailored to their interests, preferences, and support needs. These supports are designed to build confidence, strengthen communication and social skills, promote greater independence, and encourage meaningful participation in community life. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and relevant allied health professionals to ensure supports are individualised, goal-oriented, and responsive to each person’s needs.
To support accessibility and safe community participation, Care Alliance operates a fleet of six wheelchair-accessible vehicles, enabling participants with mobility requirements to access the community safely, comfortably, and with greater ease.
