High Intensity Support

Care Alliance is an NDIS-registered provider approved to deliver High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), offering safe, clinically informed care to participants with complex support needs. Our experienced multidisciplinary team—including RNs, ENs, AINs, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and specially trained support workers—delivers expert support across a range of clinical areas, including:

• complex bowel care

• enteral feeding

• dysphagia management

• ventilator support

• tracheostomy care

• urinary catheter care

• subcutaneous injections

• complex wound care

• epilepsy and seizure management

• diabetes support. 

As a registered Module 2a provider, we are also authorised by the NDIS to implement regulated restrictive practices as outlined in Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring participants receive high-quality, ethical, and compliant care tailored to their individual needs.
