At Care Alliance, we recognise that some participants require more intensive care. Care Alliance is approved through our NDIS registration to provide high intensive support work. We align our services with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's descriptors to support people with High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), ensuring participants receive personalised and effective support. Care Alliance seeks to enhance the quality of life and independence of each participant. We have registered nurses (RNs) and trained support workers who provide high-intensity supports and personalise support plans to ensure best practices are followed. This reflects Care Alliance’s goal to provide quality care for every participant. We support people who require:
- Complex bowel care
- Enteral feeding and management
- Dysphagia management
- Ventilator management
- Tracheostomy management
- Urinary catheter management
- Subcutaneous injections
- Complex wound management
- Epilepsy and high-risk seizure management
- Diabetes management
