Feedback & complaints

We're listening

Compliments, suggestions and complaints all make our supports better. Feedback is confidential, can be anonymous, and making a complaint will never affect the services you receive.

How complaints work at Care Alliance

1. Tell us — any way that suits you

Speak to your regular Care Alliance contact, call 1300 206 309, email info@carealliance.com.au, or use the form below (anonymously if you prefer). A family member, carer, friend, advocate or support coordinator can raise it for you. If English isn't your preferred language, the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National, 131 450) can connect you with us.

2. We acknowledge and look into it

We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly, make sure we understand what's happened, and involve the right people — including our clinical leadership where care quality is involved. You'll be kept informed along the way, and you can have a support person or independent advocate involved at any stage.

3. We respond and act

We'll tell you what we found and what we're doing about it — including any changes we make so it doesn't happen again. Complaints are recorded and reviewed as part of how we improve. Making a complaint will never affect your supports or how you're treated.

Share feedback now

The form below can be submitted anonymously. If you’d like a response, leave your name and preferred contact method and we’ll get back to you.

You can also complain to the NDIS Commission — at any time

You don’t have to raise a complaint with us first, and you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any point — before, during or after talking to us. The Commission is the independent regulator of NDIS providers: call 1800 035 544 (free from landlines) or complain online through their website.

If you’d like independent support to make any complaint, the Disability Advocacy Finder can connect you with a free, independent disability advocate near you.
