How this board works

  • Reviewed weekly by our rosters and clinical leads, and re-dated every time — even when nothing changed.
  • We only mark a service “accepting” when we can genuinely start. If it says “check with us”, capacity is moving week to week — call and we'll tell you straight.
  • Referrals are acknowledged the same business day and our intake team calls usually within one business day.
  • NDIS Provider No. 4050102760. Registered for high-intensity supports and approved to implement restrictive practices.

Check capacity for a participant

Tell us the area, the service and anything we should know. Our intake team will call — usually within one business day — with an honest answer on timing.

Either a phone number or an email address is fine — whichever suits you.

  • Registered NDIS provider
  • Psychologist-led
  • RN clinical oversight
  • 24/7 on-call team
