- Reviewed weekly by our rosters and clinical leads, and re-dated every time — even when nothing changed.
- We only mark a service “accepting” when we can genuinely start. If it says “check with us”, capacity is moving week to week — call and we'll tell you straight.
- Referrals are acknowledged the same business day and our intake team calls usually within one business day.
- NDIS Provider No. 4050102760. Registered for high-intensity supports and approved to implement restrictive practices.
