- Name the kinds of emergencies and disasters the plans must cover.
- Describe the risk assessment and support plan each participant needs, and who must be involved.
- Say who is responsible for the organisation's plan, and what your part is, including when to call Triple Zero (000).
- Name the four phases of an emergency or disaster, with examples of each.
